Ice cream roll Premix

Ice cream roll premix can be used in the Fried Ice-cream machine. You can prepare base easily with the help of premix. It gives you consistent and ideal taste. Storage of Premix  in packed form: Cool and dry at room temperature. If the premix packet is puffed please discard the packet. It is not advisable to use damaged packets.

How premix can be used : You can use 250 g of premix in 1 liter of milk. After adding premix, you don’t need to add sugar. Use boiled milk for making better taste. But let it cool down before adding premix into it because the boiling reduces flavour of premix. Blend well milk and premix using hand or commercial blender to get the perfect base. Once the premix is prepared with this process, it should be kept at 4°C (-18°C). Take it out after 12 hours once the mixing is done.

The premix can be prepare only in the following flovours

  • Plain flavour
  • Vanilla flavour
  • Chocolate flavour

Alternate of Premix: You can prepare base yourself also by reducing the milk (reduce the milk by boiling in open pan/kadhai) about 50% and adding sugar and flavour into it. It requires kitchen set up and takes a lot of time. And your taste will change daily in your own base because the quantity of ingredients will change slightly when you prepare premix yourself.
